Return and Refund Policy for Keerthi Gifts & Toys

  1. Reporting Issues:
    • Any issues with the product must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

    • Customers are required to provide samples/photos of the products for verification.

    • Upon approval from Keerthi Gifts & Toys, a Return/Replacement/Refund will be processed.

  2. Timeline for Returns and Refunds:

    • Approved returns, replacements, or refunds will be processed within 3-15 business days after approval (subject to verification and acceptance by Keerthi Gifts & Toys at its sole discretion).

    • No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.

    • Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  3. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable only for manufacturing defects.

  4. Return Process:

    • Return items will be picked up by our logistics partner.

    • Customers must ensure the item is properly packed to hand over to the shipping agent at their doorstep.

    • For further guidance, our team will contact you via phone call to assist with the process.

    • Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
